After your discovery call, we'll confirm the scope and send you an invoice. Payment is due before we begin active sourcing. We accept all major payment methods. No payment is required just to fill out the form or hop on a call.
Standard and Premium packages include a 30-day replacement guarantee. If your hire doesn't work out within 30 days of their start date, we'll source a replacement at no additional charge. Starter packages include a 14-day window.
We handle offer coordination but the employment contract and onboarding paperwork remain your responsibility as the employer. If you need help structuring contracts, we can point you toward the right resources.
